Wine Dinner: Focus on Washington

Join us while we explore unique, single-vineyard wines from Washington's premier growing regions. These wines have character and complexity that have bottle-aged so they are fully evolved and complete. The menu will be written for the wines we choose for a six course tasting. We will have guest speaker Theresa Slechta on-site to share her knowledge of these Washington wines. We will offer special bottle and case pricing at the event to help stock your cellar.

2018 Pop-Up Sparkling Wine—debut release!

Savory tart with shaved parsnip, pear, and apple rosettes on a bed of fromage blanc with lemon oil, lemon thyme and cherry blossom garnish

2018 K Art Den Hoed Viognier

Saltimboca—petrale sole and prosciutto roulade with mâche and viognier beurre blanc

2018 Substance Chardonnay

Whole roasted chicken stuffed with Meyer lemons and served with warm pop-overs and wine-poached apricots

2016 K River Rock Syrah

Seared duck breast with manchego-potato pave and syrah-black currant reduction sauce and pickled lingonberry garnish

2017 K Milbrandt Syrah

Unctuous pork shoulder with tapenade of cranberry, green olive, rose petal and chili served with yellow mayocoba beans

Orange-scented golden raisin cheesecake with graham cracker crust and boysenberry coulis
