Thai Street Food with Onjira

We wanted more Thai flavors this spring and Onjira is back to teach us some Thai inspired street foods! This class will focus on small bites that would be perfect for an appetizer party this summer. She will be teaching the following items: 
Ka Nom Pang Na Goong--Shrimp toasts with a side of cucumber relish
Kai Yang, SomTom, and Sticky Rice-- Grilled marinated chicken in Thai herbs and coconut milk served with papaya salad and roasted rice sauce
Mor Geng Peuak- Taro pudding

Wine and beer are available for purchase by the glass or bottle. 

* You are welcome to bring in a special bottle of wine, we charge a $24 per bottle corkage fee.

**FYI—This is a demonstration style class in which you will watch your instructor prepare a series of dishes. The class includes a light/medium dinner’s worth of food.  You may want to have a snack before class, as sometimes it takes a bit for food to come out during the class. You will receive the class recipes to take home. Classes typically run for 2-3 hours, depending on the content and instructor. We look forward to hosting you for class!
