Thai Cooking with Onjira

We are thrilled to welcome back our friend, Onjira from Cascadia Mushrooms. A native of Bangkok,Thailand, Onjira (Angie) learned to cook from her mother. She brought her passion for Thai cuisine to the United States and has worked in restaurants, owned her own catering company in California, and now lives here in Bellingham. She will join Mataio in the kitchen for this demonstration class. Come experience the flavors of Thailand!  THIS IS A REPEAT OF HER JANUARY CLASS FOR THOSE THAT MISSED IT THE FIRST TIME.  Also, check out her new Thai Street Food class in May!
