Return from Italy Class

Mataio and Jessica just spent the month of May in Italy with their boys! It was time to share their love of Italian food with Luca and Nico. Now, it's time to share it with you.  This class will be focused on recipes gleaned through their travels. Don't miss this chance to hear their stories, see the pictures and taste the flavors of Italy.

***FYI—This is a demonstration style class in which you will watch your instructor prepare a series of dishes. The class includes a light/medium dinner’s worth of food.  You may want to have a snack before class, as sometimes it takes a bit for food to come out during the class. You will receive the class recipes to take home. Classes typically run for 2-3 hours, depending on the content and instructor. We look forward to hosting you for class!

*You may choose from our wine and beer list once you arrive. Additionally, you are welcome to bring your own wine; a $20 corkage fee will apply to each bottle.

**Pre-Paid Gratuity and Service Charge - To make our classes & dinners great, it takes a whole team of folks at Ciao Thyme, from dishwashers and cooks to maitre d’s and service staff.  Our in-house policy shares your pre-paid gratuities with all persons involved in your experience, based on their role and hours worked.
