Plant Based Cooking

There's been a movement toward plant-based cooking and menus in the past five years. Whether you are doing it for your health, the environment or just because it tastes so good, eating a plant-based diet can be fun! In this demonstration class, we will share ideas and strategies for enlivening plant-based meals. 

House-made tofu with fresh herb chimichurri 

Grilled asparagus with vegan aioli and shiitake bacon

Farro with roasted vegetables 

Cashew "cheesecake" with date-nut crust

*You may choose from our wine and beer list once you arrive. Additionally, you are welcome to bring your own wine; a $24 corkage fee will apply to each bottle. 

**FYI—This is a demonstration style class in which you will watch your instructor prepare a series of dishes. The class includes a light/medium dinner’s worth of food.  You may want to have a snack before class, as sometimes it takes a bit for food to come out during the class. You will receive the class recipes to take home. Classes typically run for 2-3 hours, depending on the content and instructor. We look forward to hosting you for class!
