We can't believe it's been 9 years since we started the Parmigiano breaking tradition! Here we go again--year nine we will once again take the event upstairs to the Ciao Thyme Commons. You can gather around the island table to watch the breaking of the wheels. You will taste the freshly cracked cheese, see a short cooking demo and then you will enjoy a light meal of these simple recipes which include parmigiano: Fried pizzette with parmigiano fonduta and roasted pear, winter greens with sliced radish and parmigiano vinaigrette, minestrone with cannelini beans and herb pesto finished with parmigiano. Each participant will leave with a small piece of cheese and the opportunity to buy more after class at great prices! Join us for this fun, annual event.
Wine and beer are available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
* You are welcome to bring in a special bottle of wine, we charge a $24 per bottle corkage fee.
