We are excited to offer another Joy of Pilates class in our Lunch & Learn Series on Wednesday, April 24th! Please join us as we welcome back JOP to the Ciao Thyme Commons for a Pilates flow class followed by a delicious 3-course lunch.
JOP Senior Instructors Ella Barney, Jen McBeath and Liz Clark will lead you through the workout with modifications for all levels to achieve a full-body and core workout with the focus on FUN! After the private Pilates class you will enjoy a nourishing, scrumptious lunch by Ciao Thyme.
