Lunch and Learn: Flow Shala

We are excited to offer a new class in our Lunch and Learn series. Join us as we welcome Summer Huntington of Flow Shala to the Ciao Thyme Commons for a Strength & Mobility Flow class and lunch. Class begins at 11:00am with Ciao Thyme lunch to follow at 12:15pm. 

Want to access strength, mobility and Flow with an expert and Master trainer? Come practice Clubbell Yoga for strength and stability, and cool down with RAD Roller self myofascial release tools, led by Summer Huntington. If you have tight shoulders and mid back, this class will help you release those areas of bound fascia. This Strength and Mobility Flow class is great for all levels, and no yoga experience needed. Please bring a yoga mat, exercise clothes, water bottle and an open mind and we will take care of the rest!
