Lunch and Learn: Barre 3

Our food choices and excercise priorities are keystones of our health. Join us for a heart pumping Barre3 class followed by a nourishing Ciao Thyme lunch in the Ciao Thyme Commons. Barre3 workouts create a halo effect; you'll leave class empowered to make healthier choices.  

Class description: barre3 is a 60 minute heart pumping low impact class designed to give you a deep muscle burn along with a rewarding endorphin high - without pain in the areas of the body prone to injury. Class begins at 11:00am with lunch to follow at 12:15pm.

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle to class. Please, list any allergies or dietary restrictions in the registration notes.
