It's a new year and a chance to think about your body and how you feed it! Join us as we welcome local Ayurvedic Health specialists Katrina Svoboda Johnson, Laura Smith and Isabel Castro for an informative class about the doshic types, the six tastes and how to bring them to your table in dishes that inspire mind, body and spiritual health. After the class, Ciao Thyme will provide a related three course lunch.
