Lunch and Learn: Ayurvedic Health

It's a new year and a chance to think about your body and how you feed it! Join us as we welcome local Ayurvedic Health specialists Katrina Svoboda Johnson, Laura Smith and Isabel Castro for an informative class about the doshic types, the six tastes and how to bring them to your table in dishes that inspire mind, body and spiritual health. After the class, Ciao Thyme will provide a related three course lunch. 

Lunch Menu:

Grilled flatbread with cilantro chutney, red-lentil curry, and tahini-lemon sauce

Basmati rice pilaf with red currants served with chickpea masala with roasted squash, cauliflower and cucumber raita

Poached pears with cardamom-date syrup and cranberry-pomegranate chutney served with tahini cookie
