French Sweets Class
It is with great sadness and a sense of responsibility for our beloved customers that we have chosen to postpone all of our March events. We pride ourselves on being a gathering place that brings people together to celebrate, converse and enjoy great food together. In light of the Covid19 (Corona Virus) crisis unfolding, the Whatcom County Health Department’s guidelines for social gatherings advises that any non-essential events of more than 10 people should be cancelled. We want to keep folks safe and slow the spread of this virus to our most vulnerable populations. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility as we all move forward. We will reassess at the end of the month and will be in touch as soon as we can reschedule your event.
We are dreaming of France and all the little Patisseries full of sweet baked goods. Come join us to learn crepe making, French macarons, creme brulee and financier.
FYI—This is a demonstration style class in which you will watch your instructor prepare a series of sweet dishes. The class includes samples of the items prepared. You may want to have a savory snack or dinner before class, as this menu is sweet only. You will receive the class recipes to take home. Classes typically run for 2-2.5 hours, depending on the content and instructor. We look forward to hosting you for class!
Wine and beer are available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
* You are welcome to bring in a special bottle of wine, we charge a $20 per bottle corkage fee.
