Becoming a Tastemaker
Join Mataio for this foundation-building class. You will learn the basics for making delicious vinaigrettes and dressings. Mataio will teach you to make flavorful stocks for your soups and sauces and he will show you techniques for making classic sauces. Having these tricks in your culinary repertoire will make all your meals shine! Mataio will also prepare some light fare to pair with the dressings and sauces.
*You may choose from our wine and beer list once you arrive. Additionally, you are welcome to bring your own wine; a $24 corkage fee will apply to each bottle.
**FYI—This is a demonstration style class in which you will watch your instructor prepare a series of dishes. The class includes a light/medium dinner’s worth of food. You may want to have a snack before class, as sometimes it takes a bit for food to come out during the class. You will receive the class recipes to take home. Classes typically run for 2-3 hours, depending on the content and instructor. We look forward to hosting you for class!
