Backyard Cooking—Tuesday

We look forward to hosting you in our backyard for this fun summer class! Mataio will use the pizza oven, grill and herbs from the backyard to cook up a fantastic meal. This demonstration class is limited to 14 guests. We will offer two nights, so that you can be sure to book your seat.

*You may choose from our wine and beer list once you arrive. Additionally, you are welcome to bring your own wine; a $20 corkage fee will apply to each bottle.

**Pre-Paid Gratuity and Service Charge - To make our classes & dinners great, it takes a whole team of folks at Ciao Thyme, from dishwashers and cooks to maitre d’s and service staff.  Our in-house policy shares your pre-paid gratuities with all persons involved in your experience, based on their role and hours worked.

***FYI—This is a demonstration style class in which you will watch your instructor prepare a series of dishes. The class includes dinner.  You may want to have a light snack before class, as sometimes it takes a bit for food to come out during the class. You will receive the class recipes to take home. Classes typically run for 2-3 hours, depending on the content and instructor. We look forward to hosting you for class!
